What you can upload
Give the Brain the same material you'd hand a new employee:
- Product catalogs and price lists
- FAQs and policy documents (returns, shipping, cancellations)
- Service menus and package descriptions
- Pages from your existing website
How retrieval works
Each document is split into small chunks and converted into embeddings — a searchable numeric form. When a customer asks something, the engine pulls the few most relevant chunks and passes them to the assistant. This is retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): the answer is grounded in your content.
Keeping it fresh
Edit or remove a document and the assistant picks up the change within seconds — no retraining, no waiting. Outdated information should be removed so it can't be retrieved.
