Privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company name, and payment information when you create an account or contact us. We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns within the platform. For tenants using our conversational AI services, end-user conversation data is processed on behalf of the tenant and governed by the tenant's own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send service-related communications, respond to support requests, and analyze platform usage for performance optimization. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Conversation data processed through our AI agents is used solely to deliver the service and is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Our primary processing region is AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India), which keeps platform data in India for DPDP purposes. AI inference and payment processing involve transfers to providers in the US, EU, and People's Republic of China, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent transfer mechanisms. A multi-region option (EU and US data residency) is on the roadmap. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) enforces tenant isolation at the database layer on core tables (conversation, memory, knowledge-base, audit); coverage is being extended to the remaining multi-tenant tables in a follow-up migration. Application-level tenant filtering protects every multi-tenant table today. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, DeepSeek, and Moonshot — the latter two operate from the People's Republic of China) to process conversational queries. Data sent to these providers is limited to the conversation context required for response generation, and is not used by us to train general-purpose AI models. We also use Stripe and Razorpay for payment processing; Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) is being wired up for transactional email. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms. A current list of subprocessors is available as part of our Data Processing Agreement — see the DPA page.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (if enabled) help us understand how users interact with our website and platform. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to update inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data. For GDPR-covered individuals, you also have the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@partython.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history retention depends on your subscription plan — currently 7, 30, or 365 days — after which older conversations are removed automatically. After account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you or your end users may be retained for analytics purposes.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
