Our story so far.
Partython is young, and we like it that way. Here is how a recurring frustration turned into a platform — told honestly, milestone by milestone. We are early in this story, and that is the part we find most exciting.
Where it started
Partython began with a problem we kept running into: small businesses were losing customers simply because no one could reply fast enough. We sketched a first version of a shared AI assistant that any business could switch on in minutes — not months.
Founded in Chennai
Partython Private Limited was incorporated in Chennai, India. A small team, a long whiteboard, and one rule we still hold to — build it properly the first time.
Building the Brain
We spent these months on the hard, invisible parts — strict per-customer data isolation, the Brain Engine that learns a business from its own documents, and the groundwork for connecting every major messaging channel.
A cloud foundation
Accepted into the AWS Activate program, with our infrastructure hosted in the Mumbai region — close to the customers we set out to serve first.
Smart Model Routing
Smart Model Routing shipped: every customer message is matched automatically to the AI model best suited to answer it, balancing speed, quality, and cost behind the scenes.
Going live
The full platform opened up — multiple messaging channels, multi-language support, and enterprise-grade security — so any business could go from sign-up to a working AI agent in a single afternoon.

We are now focused on deeper integrations, more industry templates, and formal security certification — and on listening closely to the businesses already building with us. The story is just getting started.
