   Replace the sample knowledge with yours: upload your catalog, FAQs, or services menu from the dashboard. Your assistant picks up the changes within seconds.

   Test it, then go live

   Try the sample customer questions in the built-in preview. When you're happy, flip the Go Live switch and your AI assistant starts handling real conversations.
