Tenant isolation
Partython is multi-tenant with row-level security (RLS) enforced at the database. Each query is scoped to its tenant — one customer's workspace can never read another's data, even by mistake.
Encryption
Data is protected in transit and at rest:
- TLS 1.3 for all data in transit
- AES-256 for data at rest
- API keys stored only as SHA-256 hashes — the plaintext is shown once, at issue time
Data handling
Your workspace is created in your region (India, EU, or US). Conversation history follows configurable retention windows, and the platform is built to support GDPR data-subject requests. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
