What you'll need
Nothing technical. Have these ready before you start:
- A business email address to create your account
- One channel to connect first — WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email, SMS, or your website
- Your catalog, services list, or FAQs handy, so the assistant can answer from real information
The five steps
Setup follows the same five steps for every business. One click loads an industry template — assistant, sales playbook, sample knowledge, and the right tools.
- Sign up and create your account — your regional workspace is set up automatically
- Pick your industry template from the gallery
- Connect a channel through its official sign-in flow
- Replace the sample knowledge with your own catalog, FAQs, or menu
- Test with the built-in preview, then flip Go Live
What happens next
Once live, your assistant handles real conversations across every connected channel. You watch transcripts, jump in to any chat, and refine the knowledge base from the dashboard — changes take effect within seconds.
