Supported channels

Connect one to start, add the rest any time:

  • WhatsApp Business — via the Meta Cloud API
  • Instagram DMs — via the Meta Graph API
  • Facebook Messenger — via the Meta Graph API
  • Email — inbound, plus outbound via Amazon SES (being wired up; not yet live)
  • SMS — two-way text messaging
  • Website chat widget — a drop-in launcher for any site

How connecting works

For WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger you sign in through Meta's official flow — there are no tokens or codes to copy. Inbound messages reach your assistant through secure webhook ingress that handles signature verification and de-duplication for you.

One Brain, every channel

Your persona, knowledge base, and tools are shared across channels — set them up once. A customer who starts on WhatsApp and returns on Instagram is recognised, and their history follows them.
