About the role
We want our platform to feel simple even though it does complex things. As Product Designer, you'll shape the dashboard and onboarding experience so a small business owner can launch an AI agent without a manual.
Responsibilities
- •Design end-to-end flows for onboarding, agent setup, and analytics
- •Turn complex AI concepts into clear, friendly interfaces
- •Build and maintain our design system alongside engineering
- •Run lightweight user research and usability testing
- •Prototype, iterate, and ship — then watch how it performs
- •Raise the visual and writing quality bar across the product
Requirements
- •4+ years designing software products, ideally B2B or SaaS
- •A portfolio that shows clear thinking, not just polish
- •Strong skills in a modern design tool such as Figma
- •Comfort with UX writing and information architecture
- •Bonus: experience designing for non-technical audiences
