About the role
Join us to make our AI agents genuinely useful. You'll own the retrieval and routing systems that decide what an agent knows and which model answers each message — directly shaping answer quality and cost for every customer.
Responsibilities
- •Improve our retrieval pipeline so agents give accurate, grounded answers
- •Tune the routing classifier that picks the right model per message
- •Design and run evaluations to measure answer quality across industries
- •Work with embeddings, vector search, and prompt design
- •Partner with the product team to turn quality findings into roadmap items
- •Monitor live performance and cost, and close the gap between them
Requirements
- •3+ years working with ML systems in production (not just notebooks)
- •Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, or information retrieval
- •Strong Python skills and comfort with data analysis
- •A rigorous, evaluation-driven approach to quality
- •Clear communication — you can explain trade-offs to non-experts
