About the role
Our customers succeed when their AI agent does real work for their business. As Customer Success Manager, you'll guide them from sign-up to a live, well-tuned agent — and be the voice of the customer inside the team.
Responsibilities
- •Onboard new customers and help them launch their first agent
- •Run check-ins, share best practices, and drive adoption
- •Resolve issues quickly and coordinate with engineering when needed
- •Spot churn risk early and act on it
- •Collect customer feedback and turn it into clear product input
- •Help build our help docs and onboarding materials
Requirements
- •2+ years in customer success, account management, or support for software
- •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- •Comfortable explaining technical concepts in plain language
- •Organised and proactive — you follow up without being chased
- •Bonus: experience with AI, chat, or e-commerce tools
