About the role

Our customers succeed when their AI agent does real work for their business. As Customer Success Manager, you'll guide them from sign-up to a live, well-tuned agent — and be the voice of the customer inside the team.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and help them launch their first agent
  • Run check-ins, share best practices, and drive adoption
  • Resolve issues quickly and coordinate with engineering when needed
  • Spot churn risk early and act on it
  • Collect customer feedback and turn it into clear product input
  • Help build our help docs and onboarding materials

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, or support for software
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts in plain language
  • Organised and proactive — you follow up without being chased
  • Bonus: experience with AI, chat, or e-commerce tools
