A plain-language summary of how the Agency Partner Program works — written so there is no room for misunderstanding.
Summary, not the contract
This page summarises the program in everyday language. The binding Partner Agreement — together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — is shared and countersigned when your agency is approved. If the two ever differ, the signed agreement governs.
1. Eligibility
The program is open to agencies and consultants that operate a registered company or an established freelance practice and currently manage WhatsApp Business or Meta presence for at least five SMB clients.
We currently accept partners based in India, SEA, MENA, and LATAM. Applications from other regions are reviewed individually.
Joining the program requires an application, which we review within two business days. Approval is at our discretion; we tell rejected applicants why and welcome a later re-application.
2. Revenue share
An approved partner earns a 25% revenue share on the recurring subscription revenue of every paying tenant linked to their agency, for as long as that tenant remains subscribed (a "lifetime" share).
Premium or high-volume partners may agree a different per-tenant rate in writing; where set, that rate replaces the standard 25% for the tenant concerned.
There are no clawbacks. Once a commission is earned for a billing period it is final. If a tenant cancels, the share for that tenant simply stops for future periods.
3. Commission calculation & payment
Commissions are computed once per calendar month. For each period we total the billed subscription revenue of the partner's active linked tenants and apply the partner's revenue-share rate.
Each run produces a commission statement for the period. Statements are settled Net-30 — paid within 30 days of the period closing.
Until automated partner billing is generally available, statements and payouts are issued directly by the Partython partnerships team. Partners are responsible for any taxes applicable to commission income in their jurisdiction.
4. Tenant relationship
A tenant (SMB client) is "linked" to a partner by the Partython team. A tenant can be linked to only one agency at a time.
Partners keep the client relationship: you own onboarding, day-to-day account management, and first-line support for your clients, with our team behind you.
If a tenant moves between agencies or churns, the link is updated accordingly; revenue share follows the active link for each period.
5. Branding & white-label
The program includes co-branded onboarding — your logo, your domain, and your support email — so clients experience the platform under your brand. Premium partners may receive full white-label.
Partners may not misrepresent the Partython platform as wholly their own build, resell access outside the agreed program, or use Partython trademarks except as permitted for co-branding.
6. Partner obligations
Partners agree to onboard and support their clients in good faith, follow the platform's acceptable-use and content rules, and keep their contact and payout details current.
Partners are responsible for their clients' compliance with the channel providers' policies (for example WhatsApp Business and Meta platform terms).
7. Term, suspension & termination
Program membership begins on approval and continues until ended by either side. A partner account may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, abuse, or fraud.
On termination, any commissions already earned for closed periods remain payable; no further share accrues after the active links end.
8. Changes to the program
We may update the program and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are communicated to active partners in advance, and existing earned commissions are not affected by future changes.
